An early start but a lovely morning to be by the river, with ICMS Australasia for the opening of RACI 2017 at the MCEC. Wurundjeri Elder Uncle Ian (Warren-Badj) Hunter gave the Welcome to Country and then was joined by Gnarnayarrahe, Alinta, Brent and Mitch for the Creation dance.
